01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

Platform refers to the Prachar Bazaar website, dashboard, public profiles, QR codes, profile links and all related services.

User refers to any individual or organization that creates an account on Prachar Bazaar.

Visitor refers to any person who views a public profile or interacts with it by submitting responses or using available features.

02 User Account

To access platform features, users must create an account using accurate and complete information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

Each account is intended for use by a single individual or organization.

03 Subscription

Prachar Bazaar offers subscription plans under Basic, Standard and Premium.

Access to platform features depends on the user's active subscription plan.

Subscription validity, renewals, grace periods and refunds are governed by the official Refund & Subscription Policy.

04 User Content & Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for all information and content published through their profiles.

Users agree that all published information is accurate, lawful and does not violate the rights of any individual or organization.

Prachar Bazaar does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality or authenticity of user-generated content.

Users remain the owners of the content they upload, while granting Prachar Bazaar permission to host, display and process such content solely for operating the platform.

05 Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, publish or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Contains adult, pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination or harassment.
• Contains abusive, defamatory, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, spam or malicious links.
• Promotes illegal products, services or activities.
• Violates the policies of Prachar Bazaar.

Prachar Bazaar reserves the right to remove such content, suspend access or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

06 Profile Management

Users may create, save and edit their profiles as drafts at any time.

Before making a profile publicly available, users may preview their profile and make unlimited changes.

Once published, users may continue editing, saving, previewing and publishing updated versions whenever required.

07 QR Code & Profile Link

Each profile includes a unique QR Code and shareable profile link.

Users may use these on business cards, product packaging, banners, brochures, social media, websites or any other lawful purpose.

Users are responsible for how they distribute or use their profile link and QR Code.

08 Analytics

Prachar Bazaar provides analytics to help users understand profile performance.

Analytics may include profile activity, engagement, click performance, response statistics and notification reports.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed business performance or future results.

09 Notification Services

Notification services operate according to platform rules and available technologies.

Notification delivery may depend on browser permissions, device settings, internet connectivity and third-party notification services.

Prachar Bazaar does not guarantee the successful delivery of every notification.

10 Third-Party Services

Certain platform features may rely on trusted third-party providers, including hosting, notification infrastructure and other technical services.

Prachar Bazaar is not responsible for temporary interruptions, limitations or failures caused by third-party service providers.

11 Intellectual Property

The Prachar Bazaar name, logo, branding, software, website design, platform features and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Prachar Bazaar.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

Prachar Bazaar provides the platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prachar Bazaar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss or reputational damage.

13 Suspension or Termination

Prachar Bazaar reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account or profile that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Engages in illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Uploads prohibited content.
• Threatens platform security or the experience of other users.
• Misuses or attempts to abuse platform services.

Accounts or profiles may also become temporarily inactive in accordance with the Refund & Subscription Policy.

14 Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create and use a Prachar Bazaar account.

15 Force Majeure

Prachar Bazaar shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption or failure in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, internet outages, cyber attacks, power failures or failures of third-party service providers.

16 Changes to These Terms

Prachar Bazaar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

18 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
